I-20 APPLICATION PROCEDURES
New Professions Technical Institute provides training to international students from all over the world. We assist new applicants in meeting the entrance requirements of the school as well as completing the I-20 application.
Please review the following information:
- Complete the entire school application for admissions
- Provide a copy of your current passport
- Provide proof of the ability to be supported financially upon your arrival into the United States of America. You must provide a copy of your bank statement or the bank statement of your sponsor, or other documentation of support. The financial resources must be at least equal to the total of the cost of your program plus your monthly living expenses. (Monthly living expenses are estimated to be $400.00 to $600.00 per month X the number of months in your program). If you will be living with friends or family members while attending the school, please provide a letter from them as to that effect.
- Please provide the following information on a separate sheet of paper:
- Country of Birth
- Country of Citizenship
- Name and address of parents (if you are under 18 years old) - Send the completed application package (all of the above) to:

REQUISITOS PARA OBTENER EL FORMULARIO I-20 PARA ESTUDIANTES EXTRANJEROS
New Professions Technical Institute provee entrenamiento a estudiantes internacionales de todas partes del mundo. Nosotros los orientamos en la preparacion de la aplicacion para la VISA I-20.
- Solicitud. Llene la solicitud para el formulario I-20 en letra de molde. Responda a toda la informacion necesaria.
- Prueba de apoyo o respaldo economico (affidavit of support). Muestre pruebas de que se puede mantener economicamente en los Estados Unidos. Los recursos deben exeder el costo del curso mas un promedio de $400.00 mensuales para sus gastos durante el tiempo que dure el curso. (Carta bancaria).
- Tarifa de admission. Remita con su solicitud un cheque (draft) o money order por la cantidad de US$50.00 pagadero a New Professions Technical Institute, para cubrir los gastos de admission, no reembolsable. Además debe enviar el costo del primer semestre (reembolso si su visa no es aprovada). Tan pronto todos los documentos (solicitud, prueba de respaldo economico, copia de pasaporte y tarifa de admission) esten en nuestro poder le sera enviado el formulario I-20 para que usted pueda presentarse en el consulado de Estados Unidos mas cercano al lugar de su residencia y solicitar su visa estudiantil.
- Copia de pasaporte actual.
- Copia del diploma del título de bachiller o notas certificadas
